Applications Trainer
We have an opportunity for an Applications Trainer that will join our team in support of 600 people using PC's in a professional services environment. Experience with the following applications is preferred: MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Hummingbird DM, DeltaView, Carpe Diem, RightFax and many department specific applications in an NT LAN/WAN environment with heavy emphasis on MS Word and MS Outlook. Day to day responsibilities include classroom and one on one training for all levels of personnel and all three office locations; training documentation and development; scheduling and attendance tracking. Previous professional support experience is required, with professional training experience and MOUS certification desirable. Qualified candidate will have excellent written, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of attorneys, management and staff. Client Accounting Manager
This full-time position supervises time entry, cost recovery, billing, cash receipts, matter intake, trust accounting and cash application and collections. Ensures data integrity through sound operational procedures and controls, produces monthly management reports and performs trend analyses. Adds to departmental depth by providing support and backup for financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, cost accounting and special projects. Will provide direct supervision to staff members involved in these activities. Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent, CPA a plus. Must have at least three years of management accounting experience including supervisory responsibility, or the skills necessary to provide clear direction to and coaching of staff members. Law firm or experience in a professional setting a plus. Position may require more than 40 hours per week to accomplish essential duties.

Legal Practice Assistant needed to provide administrative support for Immigration Practice. Patent Assistant
This full-time position is responsible for a variety of duties for timekeepers that relate to organizing, preparing, filing, docketing and maintaining of all U.S. and foreign patent documents. Generates and assists in the preparation of documents necessary for filing and prosecution of patent applications using specific U.S. patent & Trademark Office software and generating electronic filings, foreign filings, PCT applications, Chapter II Demands. May draft standard correspondence, memoranda and other documents, proofing documents upon completion. Must have project and process management skills. A bachelors degree and/or paralegal certification preferred. Specialized training in patent area required with at least 3 years of patent experience. Must possess excellent computer skills to include MS Word, Excel and the ability and willingness to learn specialized software. Working knowledge of ACCESS a plus. Position may require more than 37.5 hours per week to accomplish essential duties.
