Document Specialist-Second shift
This full-time second shift position is responsible for performing a variety of processing functions for document production and revision utilizing a computer and a variety of software applications. Utilizes special word processing functions such as blacklining, table creation, columns, charts, importing/exporting documents from other software. Must be proficient at an advanced level in MS Office Suite and other specialized software such as PDF Converter Professional, Hummingbird DM5 and Outlook, etc. High school diploma or equivalent required with at least three years experience and/or specialized training in word processing techniques; legal experience preferred. Must have the ability and willingness to learn specialized software and be able to transcribe from rough draft or dictation at a level of at least 75 wpm and work independently at times. Hours are 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday. EEOE

Litigation Paralegal

Successful candidate will possess a Bachelor degree and/or paralegal certificate with experience in the Litigation practice area, particularly with large and complex cases. Familiarity with e-discovery and the technology involved in e-discovery, particularly Summation, Concordance and Relativitystrongly preferred. Candidates must have the ability to organize and control related documents, be highly proficient with computer technology and have excellent client service skills. May need to work more than the standard 37.5 hours per week to accomplish essential duties of the position
