The summer associate recruiting process begins with initial on-campus interviews.  Each fall, we typically visit approximately 20 law schools in addition to participating in several job fairs. Your Career Services office can help you schedule an interview appointment during our visit.

Many of our summer associates come from law schools other than those we traditionally visit on campus.  If your school does not appear on our upcoming schedule, you are invited to send us your resume.  When campus visits are not an option, we conduct telephone and videoconference interviews.

After this initial round of interviews, we invite potential summer associates to our offices to learn more about our firm and to meet with several more of our attorneys.  Hiring decisions for the following summer are made as quickly as possible after this visit.
