Dunn featured speaker at 2008 Banking Institute
April 3, 2008Tom Dunn will be among a panel of six discussing "Reducing Battles Between First and Second Lien Holders Through Intercreditor Agreements" at the 2008 Banking Institute.
The UNC School of Law Center for Banking and Finance was established in 2000 to recognize and further the role of banking and finance to the economy of North Carolina, as well as the leadership role played by NC-based financial institutions in the continuing evolution of the financial services industry. This years seminar will be held on April 3-4 at the Ballantyne Resort in Charlotte.
