Taylor to Co-Lead National Business Institute Seminar

Moore & Van Allen’s Charlotte Intellectual Property Senior Counsel Todd Taylor was invited to serve as a faculty member at the National Business Institute’s “Overview of Third-Party Contracting and Outsourcing” continuing education seminar.  The seminar is scheduled to take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on December 8 at Charlotte's Holiday Inn Airport & Conference Center.

Taylor, who recently joined Moore & Van Allen’s IP group to lead the Outsourcing practice, will be speaking alongside Brandy Milazzo with Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick.  Taylor and Milazzo will present four different seminars during the day-long program, including:  Business & legal due diligence concerns to consider prior to entering third-party or outsourcing contracts; Business considerations regarding third-party contracting and outsourcing; Drafting and negotiation of third-party and outsourcing contracts; and Ethical issues to consider regarding third-party and outsourcing contracts. 

The program is aimed at attorneys, but may also benefit business executives and human resource personnel.  Attendees will receive 6.0 hours of CLE credit, including 1.0 ethics.  Additional details and registration information can be found here
