Taylor to Co-Lead MCB Seminar

Moore & Van Allen Commercial and Technology Transactions attorney Todd Taylor was invited to co-lead the Mecklenburg County Bar’s “Outsourcing and Offshoring” continuing education seminar.  The seminar is scheduled to take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 2 at the MCB Center.

Taylor will be speaking alongside Brandy Milazzo with Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick.  Their program will consist of sessions on defining outsourcing; business and legal due diligence; business, legal and regulatory concerns; drafting and negotiating contracts; and ethics.
