Moore & Van Allen Attorney Presents at North Carolina Bar Association Seminar

Moore & Van Allen attorney Chris Jones spoke at the Deal Breakers: Coordinating Business and Estate Planning Goals seminar presented by the Business Law and Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law sections of the North Carolina Bar Association.  The seminar was presented on January 22 at the Grandover Resort and Conference Center on the topic of "Nuts & Bolts, Choice of Entity Considerations and Tools and Techniques."
