The Employment Law Update 2009 focused on a review of the recent major changes to: the Family and Medical Leave Act, Case law interpreting the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Larry Gwaltney, Karin McGinnis and Paul Peralta presented in the Charlotte office.  Sue Sprunger and John Zaloom presented in the Research Triangle Park office.
