Hillary Crabtree to Speak at Upcoming CLE

On May 27, Hillary Crabtree will speak at the Mecklenburg Bar Association CLE hosted at the MCB Center.  The presentation will begin at 12:30 PM, and Hillary will speak on “Preferences – Adding Insult to Injury.”  The topic will focus on the preferences in bankruptcy, including strategies for minimizing preference exposure and defending preference claims.  For additional information, please click here.
