Charlotte Employment & Labor Client Seminar 2010

Moore & Van Allen's Employment & Labor team is hosting its annual Client Seminar on Tuesday, April 20, 2010, in Charlotte on 46 Main.  Breakfast & registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the seminar will run from 8:30-11:30 a.m.

This year's seminar is entitled "Spring Cleaning" and topics will include:

• "Polishing Policies with GINA: The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act"
• "Controlling the Clutter of Benefits Compliance: Annual Employee Benefits Update"
• "Dusting Off an Old Law: Auditing Wage and Hour Practices to Ensure Compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)"
