Johnson to speak on Executive Pay Panel

Employee Benefits attorney Danny Johnson will be speaking at the third annual The Wall Street Journal / Hay Group CEO Compensation Study on Wednesday, June 23^rd from 7:00 – 9:00 a.m.

The study covers the latest CEO pay statistics on approximately 200 of the largest US-based public companies.  Implications from this study apply to companies of all types, sizes and industries.  The expert panel will provide three perspectives on top issues and trends in executive pay.

The moderator is Professor Catherine Anderson, J.D.  In addition to Danny Johnson, other panelists include David Wise, senior consultant in the executive compensation practice at Hay Group, and Professor Les Hudson, PhD., Presiding Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee for American Electric Power Company.
