Update Regarding Red Flags Rules Enforcement

On July 29, 2009, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced that it will further defer enforcement of the Red Flags Rules another three months from August 1, 2009 to November 1, 2009. During this three-month extension, the FTC intends to provide further education and compliance guidance regarding the requirements of the Red Flags Rules.
