MVA Ranked at the Top in Thomson Reuters Law Firm League Tables for Syndicated Loans
Moore & Van Allen has again been ranked as a top legal adviser on syndicated loans. The firm's Finance team ranked in the top tier of Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation’s (LPC) full year 2018 U.S. Law Firm League Tables for representing Lead Arrangers on syndicated loan transactions. This past year, MVA advised on 195 syndicated loan transactions, which generated more than $94 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and earned the firm a second place position on the league table for all syndicated loans based on number of deals. As further evidence of MVA's ongoing distinction in the leveraged lending market, MVA advised on 118 syndicated leveraged loan transactions, which generated more than $50 billion in aggregate gross proceeds in 2018 and earned the firm a third place position on the league tables for all syndicated leveraged loans based on number of deals.
