David Wheeler authored an article featured in the Unsecured Trade Creditors Committee Newsletter, a committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).  Mr. Wheeler's article was featured in the December 2009 edition and was entitled "In re Pillowtex, Delaware Embraces the Subsequent New Value Approach."
