Moore & Van Allen is pleased to announce the election of Melinda Blundell, Sarah Buffett, Taber Cathcart, Tristan Fuierer, Charlie Harris, Ron Lovelace, Ron Melamed and Mark Nebrig as new members of the firm. 

Melinda S. Blundell concentrates her practice in public and private corporate financing transactions, including high-yield, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings and acquisition financings.

Sarah E. Buffett practices in the area of international, corporate and immigration law, where she helps foreign and domestic businesses achieve their business goals by guiding them through the technical maze of immigration law and procedure.

Brooks T. (Taber) Cathcart maintains a diversified financial transactions practice, specializing in senior and subordinated debt transactions, including acquisition finance and working capital credit facilities.

Tristan Anne Fuierer is a member of the Intellectual Property group where she focuses her practice on patent preparation, prosecution, opinion work and portfolio management in the chemical arts, including semiconductor manufacturing processes, and biotechnology.

Charles (Charlie) J. Harris represents financial institutions in connection with syndicated, club and single-lender credit facilities.

Ronald (Ron) S. Lovelace is a member of the Financial Service practice group where he represents lenders engaged in various financial transactions.

Ronald S. Melamed represents developers, landlords, tenants and public and private corporations in all aspects of commercial real estate matters.
