Taylor's Advice to Cloud Customers Published by InsideCounsel

Moore & Van Allen Commercial and Technology Transactions Senior Counsel Todd Taylor was published in InsideCounsel’s “Inside SCOOP” and on InsideCounsel.com on January 25.  In the article, “Don’t let the cloud services Grinch steal your Christmas,” Taylor uses Netflix’s widespread Christmas Eve outage as an example to encourage cloud customers to take proper steps of protection in their cloud service contracts.  
 
“Given the growing movement by corporate IT departments to rely on outsourced cloud services, the recent Netflix outage offers lessons in how to ensure that such cloud customers are taking adequate steps to protect themselves,” he states.
