Four MVA Attorneys Named South Carolina Super Lawyers

Moore & Van Allen is pleased to announce that  Cynthia J. Lowery, Bruce E. Miller, Thomas Waring and David B.Wheeler been named South Carolina Super Lawyers for 2008.

Cynthia J. Lowery practices in the area of bankruptcy law and creditors’ rights. Her practice focuses primarily in collections and creditors’ rights, including bankruptcy, restructures, foreclosures and execution of judgments. 

Bruce E. Miller practices in the area of employment and labor law concentrating his practice in employment discrimination andretaliation. He is a certifi ed specialist in employment and labor law by the Supreme Court of South Carolina.

Thomas Waring practices in the areas of bankruptcy and financial restructuring law.  His practice primarily focuses on general business and lender representation, commercial loan work-outs and general counsel consultation.

David B. Wheeler practices in the area of bankruptcy and financial restructuring, concentrating his practice in commercial bankruptcy and representing homeowner/condominium regimes. He is a certified specialist in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law by the Supreme Court of South Carolina.
