Lluberas To Be Honored at TMA's Annual Conference

Turnaround Management Association (TMA) will honor Bankruptcy Associate Luis Lluberas, along with five other professionals, with the 2015 “Turnaround of the Year – Small Company” award at the TMA Annual conference in Scottsdale, Arizona on October 6 for their work on the Bost Distributing Co. case. Lluberas and a team of MVA attorneys, including Bankruptcy Member Ben Hawfield, Associates Cole Richins and Glenn Huether, and Intellectual Property Counsel John Slaughter, provided legal advice to Bost Distributing Co.’s court-appointed receiver in the successful restructuring of the entity’s business enterprise located principally in Sanford, North Carolina.
