Tony Lathrop and Mike Champion Featured in NC Lawyers Weekly Article

North Carolina Lawyers Weekly featured Tony Lathrop and Mike Champion in an article entitled, "Corporate officer could be haled into N.C. Court."  Tony and Mike represent the plaintiff in this case where the State Supreme Court has reversed a Court of Appeals ruling that would have made it difficult to sue the officers of out-of-state corporations.
