Tony Lathrop and Mark Wilson were featured in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly for successfully defending their client in a case relating to a Winston-Salem jewelry store that had too little presence in Charlotte to enforce its service mark. Plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction was denied.
