Michaela Cronin's practice is focused on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and charitable planning for high net-worth individuals and families, senior executives of public companies, and closely-held businesses. 

Overview

Michaela provides individual and business clients with sophisticated and strategic legal counsel for their complex wealth planning needs. Prior to joining the firm, Michaela was an associate in Pennsylvania.

While attending the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Michaela served as a staff writer for the Villanova Law Review and received the Villanova Law Review Scribes Award for Outstanding Legal Writing and Editing. She also worked as a legal writing teaching assistant, research assistant, student attorney for a university legal aid clinic, and judicial extern for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
