As an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Financial Services group, Justin represents a variety of financial institutions in a variety of transactions, including acquisition financing, real estate financing, asset-based lending facilities and subordinated credit facilities. These transactions often provide funds for acquisition financings or working capital needs.

Justin has experience in oil and gas finance, cross-border transactions, and project finance.
