Overview
Tom serves as Senior Counsel with the Corporate Group in Moore & Van Allen’s Charlotte office. He focuses his practice on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Tom worked for almost 15 years as in-house counsel.
Tom began his career in private practice working as a transactional attorney in New York and DC.
