Event Management
Print PDFA successful public affairs campaign often requires the production of a seamlessly executed public event. Not only can an event deliver a client’s message to local stakeholders and influential media, but a properly conceived and professionally produced event can mitigate, and even eliminate, stakeholder, constituent and consumer concerns in the heat of contentious local, regional and national public policy disputes and public relations crises.
MVA’s Public Affairs Event Management professionals devise and produce events for corporate clients, trade associations and independent issue advocacy organizations throughout the country. We manage site set-up, program, VIP and crowd logistics. MVA Public Affairs has successfully produced more than 100 events, some of which have been covered by C-SPAN and CNN, in over two dozen states across the country.
Our event teams are highly skilled at managing concurrent, campaign style policy forums and town hall meetings, in addition to generating positive and personalized responses to legislative and regulatory hearings. We are intimately familiar with the political sensitivities that accompany these events—our bipartisan experience in winning local, state and federal political campaigns is a testament to our commitment and expertise. Whether it is a 20-person roundtable in a remote rural area or a 2,000-person town hall in a major metropolitan city, we are prepared to ensure that your message resonates with your intended audience and that your event succeeds beyond expectations.
