Adam J. Greene
Adam Greene strives to develop and maintain close-working relationships with the financial institutions he represents by being responsive, resourceful and reliable. Having represented both lenders and borrowers, he works to achieve transactions that protect his clients while preserving the important relationship between both parties.
He primarily represents financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions including:
- Real estate syndicated and mezzanine credit facilities
- Asset-based lending
- Project finance credits
- Intercreditor agreements

- Extensive travel, visiting over 80 countries and all 50 states.
- Eagle Scout; hiked in every U.S. National Park, except for five.
