James (Jay) E. Akers
Jay Akers applies substantial experience to structuring, negotiating and documenting real estate financing transactions. He represents both lenders and developers in real estate-based financings.
Mr. Akers also has significant experience with real estate matters for syndicated loans, as well as the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property.
Prior to Moore & Van Allen, Mr. Akers practiced commercial real estate with a full-service, commercial firm based in El Paso, Texas.
