Will represents a commercial banks and other financial institutions, as well as private direct lenders, in various types of secured and unsecured financing transactions. His practice includes a particular focus on highly leveraged, secured financing arrangements provided by lenders to private equity sponsors for the purpose of acquisition finance and dividend recapitalization. His practice experience also includes asset-based lending, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and telecommunications.
