Kenneth (Ken) P. Kerr
Regularly representing institutional lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, commercial paper conduits, liquidity providers and institutional investors, Ken Kerr has extensive experience in structured finance and financial services.
Practice focus:
- He represents institutional lenders and commercial paper conduits in warehouse/repurchase facilities, secured credit facilities, subscription facilities and commercial real estate lending transactions.
- He also has experience in the securitization of a broad range of asset types.
- Before joining Moore & Van Allen, Mr. Kerr practiced with a national full-service law firm.
