Sandra M. Lazorcheck
Sandra Lazorcheck's practice focuses primarily on the representation of arrangers, agent banks and underwriters in connection with syndicated credit facilities including acquisition and leveraged financings. She has experience with a broad range of industry types including forest products, business services, chemicals, defense and manufacturing.
Ms. Lazorcheck's experience includes secured and unsecured credit facilities, first lien/ second lien financings and subordinated debt financings.
Prior to joining Moore & Van Allen in 1998, Ms. Lazorcheck practiced in the areas of general corporate law and finance with a large international firm based in New York.
