Colleen A. McConnell
Colleen McConnell brings extensive bankruptcy experience to her clients. She represents banks, credit unions, finance companies, homeowners, and condominium associations.
- She represents creditors in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and all other forms of practice in the creditors’ rights area.
- She concentrates her practice primarily in consumer bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, commercial law, and litigation.
- She was employed by Ford Motor Credit Company for approximately six years prior to attending law school and gained valuable insight into the business perspective of creditors in debt recovery.
- She has lectured on bankruptcy and authorized summaries and updates on collection law for guides used by attorneys and creditors.
