John V. McIntosh
John McIntosh has extensive experience in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions across various industries. His practice is focused on structuring and negotiating merger and acquisition, recapitalization and joint venture transactions for both domestic and international companies. Mr. McIntosh also frequently advises private equity sponsors and business development companies in connection with leveraged buy-out and related transactions.
In addition, Mr. McIntosh regularly represents publicly held international companies with respect to their operations in the United States and has significant experience in advising lenders on corporate aspects of acquisition financing transactions.
