She assists both financial and strategic acquirers and targets in their mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and recapitalization transactions.
Representative Matters
- Represented Forture 500 company in series of sales to dispose of unwanted business segments.
- Represented business development company in $77 million acquisition and refinancing of mid-Atlantic produce distribution and packaging company and in subsequent acquisition of regional competitor.
- Represented commercial finance company with respect to $57 million equity and debt investment in third party logistics company providing labor services to warehouses and distribution centers.
- Represented private equity fund in leveraged recapitalization of southeastern distributor and subsequent management reinvestment. Ongoing representation of operating company.
- Structured and prepared documentation for $21 million, third-round equity and debt capital raise for construction equipment manufacturer and dealer.
