Sam Applegate is a member practicing in the areas of corporate, commercial real estate, health care and environmental law. Within his areas of focus, he primarily assists commercial real estate developers, corporations and other business entities with their legal and regulatory matters.
He has numerous ties to the Charleston area and the State of South Carolina. As a part of his distinguished career, he has served as:
- Member of the House of Representatives and the State Senate of South Carolina
- Chairman of the Department of Health and Environmental Control for the State of South Carolina
- Municipal Judge, City of Folly Beach
