Keith A. Mrochek
Keith Mrochek focuses primarily on syndicated and non-syndicated real estate-based construction, acquisition and corporate finance, corporate and asset-based restructure financing and energy finance and supply agreements. He has served as counsel to agent-banks, lenders and lending groups as well as developers.
