Jonathan K. Murray

Jonathan Murray serves as Senior Counsel for Moore & Van Allen's Financial Services group. Jonathan focuses his practice in the financial services area, representing financial institutions in a broad range of transactions, including interest rate structuring, mezzanine debt, structured finance and derivatives. Jonathan has previously worked on the project finance team for a utility grade renewable energy producer, as well as for private equity fund managers.

Jonathan has a bachelor’s degree from Hampton University and JD from Wake Forest University School of Law.
