Kurt Oosterhouse primarily represents financial institutions in complex financing transactions.
- He focuses his practice on representing agent banks in syndicated credit facilities and representing financial institutions generally in acquisition finance transactions.
- Mr. Oosterhouse practiced in the Milwaukee office of one of the Midwest's oldest and largest firms with a focus on commercial transactions and the representation of financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings.
- His previous experience also includes an international commercial transactions practice in Stockholm, Sweden.
