Catherine Crowell Pavur
Catherine Crowell Pavur uses her discernment in advising her clients on when to resolve their case out of court and when circumstances dictate going to court. She has a significant amount of actual in-court experience, with the great majority of her practice in the District and Superior courts. She has experience in collection matters -- including before a jury -- as well as civil and business litigation. She has handled small business disputes, surety cases, landlord-tenant disputes and domestic cases.
Ms. Pavur is admitted in all three of the U.S. District Courts in North Carolina and has experience with appeals in the state appellate courts.
