Justin M. Riess
Justin Riess focuses his practice on finance with an emphasis in asset-based, acquisition and working capital financing. He devotes his practice principally to the representation of banks and commercial finance companies in such transactional matters.
He has extensive experience in the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured credit facilities for acquisitions and working capital purposes with both domestic and foreign borrowers. Before attending law school, Mr. Riess worked for a division of Raymond James Financial concentrating in private asset management.
