Ryan M. Smith
Co-head of the firm's Investment Team, Ryan Smith practices in the area of finance, mezzanine finance, private equity and corporate law. He primarily represents financial institutions, institutional investors, hedge funds, business development companies, private equity groups, and sponsors in their investment and finance transactions. He also represents companies in their financing activities.
Mr. Smith serves as a Hiring Member in connection with the Moore & Van Allen recruiting program.
