Noelle Hicks Sproul
Noelle Sproul focuses her practice on structured finance, including both securitization and leasing transactions and financial services.
- Ms. Sproul represents issuers, placement agents, commercial paper conduits, liquidity providers, hedge counterparties and trustees in securitization and other structured finance transactions.
- She has experience with transactions involving equipment leases, trade receivables, tobacco fee settlements, chassis leases, container leases and commercial and residential mortgage loans.
- She works on both public and private transactions, including commercial paper conduit facilities.
- Ms. Sproul's leasing work includes leveraged leasing transactions for aircraft, rolling stock and chassis.
- Ms. Sproul’s practice also focuses on the representation of institutional lenders in repurchase transactions.

- Participated in the 2002 Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, where she was awarded the Maritime Law Association Award for Best Brief
- Wrote an article based on that brief, which was published in the University of San Francisco Journal of Maritime Law
- Wrote article “Facilitating International Trade: The U.S. Need Federal Legislation Governing the Enforcement of Foreign Judgments,” published at 28 Brooklyn Journal of International Law 156 (2002), which won the 2002 Andrew P. Vance Memorial Writing Competition and the 2002 Virginia State Bar International Section Writing Competition
- Recently published a brief article, “Securitization Could Aid Lottery Winners, Sponsors,” in the November 11, 2005 edition of the Charlotte Business Journal
