Alyson R. Spurlock
Alyson Spurlock devotes her financial services practice principally to the representation of banks and commercial finance companies in transactional matters. Her practice focuses on finance – in particular, asset-based financing, acquisition financing and working capital financing.
She has considerable experience in the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured credit facilities involving term and revolving loans for acquisition and working capital purposes with both domestic and foreign borrowers.
