Melinda (Mindy) L. Vervais
Melinda Vervais' practice focuses on general commercial and regulatory litigation, as well as employment law.
Ms. Vervais provides regulatory, business and litigation services to regulated public utilities in matters involving the natural gas, energy and telecommunications industries, and has represented clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Ms. Vervais also represents clients before the EEOC and has participated in administrative proceedings before the ESC.
