Secured and unsecured creditors call upon Doug Wedge to help resolve their complex restructuring and insolvency situations. As a former law clerk to Chief Bankruptcy Judge John Waites, Mr. Wedge enjoys a particular insight into those factors in a case likely to receive priority consideration by the Bench.

While he typically represents creditors, Mr. Wedge has also represented a chapter 11 unsecured creditors' committee as well as a chapter 7 trustee.  Mr. Wedge serves on the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association and regularly volunteers for the South Carolina Bar Association pro bono program.  In addition, he represents homeowners' associations.
