Hollie Hart practices in both the Charlotte and Triangle offices. Her 10 years of commercial real estate experience allows Hollie to expertly and efficiently manage all aspects of her clients’ land-development projects from start to finish. This includes land acquisition and due diligence, zoning and entitlements, financing, leasing and disposition.
She represents developers and lenders in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquiring, financing and developing hotels, industrial parks, shopping centers, residential communities, condominiums, office buildings and mixed-use projects. Ms. Hart also represents commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for office, retail and industrial properties.
Further, she has represented permanent lenders in connection with large, multiple-property credit facilities.
