Dickson (Dick) M. Lupo
A visiting professor of patent law at the Wake Forest University School of Law and an intellectual property specialist with more than 20 years experience, Dick Lupo focuses his practice on both intellectual property transactional and litigation matters.
Heavily involved in a variety of intellectual property transactional issues for emerging-market companies as well as established businesses, he provides sophisticated IP transactional counsel to diverse clients in wide-ranging industries, including:
