Rachel A. Graham, a Tax Consultant, is a Certified Public Accountant and works in the firm’s corporate tax practice. Since joining Moore & Van Allen, Ms. Graham has focused on research and development credit projects at the federal and state levels. Her other work has included state and local tax incentives, sales and use tax, Internal Revenue Service and state tax audit support, mergers and acquisitions, tax research and classification and treatment of fixed assets.
Prior to joining Moore & Van Allen, Ms. Graham was a tax auditor with the South Carolina Department of Revenue, with over 14 years of experience auditing multi-state corporate income and license tax, sales and use tax, individual income tax and estate tax. She began her career in private industry.
