A trained mechanical engineer with an MBA and corporate design engineering experience, Jeff Gray's background has enabled him to provide intellectual property services for a wide variety of industries, including mechanical, software, business methods, material science, and chemical, among others. 

Gray focuses his intellectual property practice on:

  • Obtaining patent rights in the US and foreign countries.
  • Providing non-infringement investigations for products that clients bring to market.
  • Providing invalidity investigations for patents in the field in which a client wishes to operate.
  • Negotiating and drafting license agreements.
  • Conducting due diligence investigations related to corporate transactions.
  • Performing trademark clearance searches for company and product branding.
  • Filing trademark applications for company and product branding.
