Benjamin (Ben) M. Pickett
Ben Pickett's practice consists of a wide variety of transactional fields, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Present representation includes Fortune 500 companies, with the scope of such representation encompassing complex acquisitions and joint ventures.
In addition to his mergers and acquisitions practice, Mr. Pickett has experience assisting clients with general corporate, operational and commercial contract needs, including drafting and negotiating large national and international equipment purchases and critical vendor agreements, industrial gas agreements, international joint ventures, and formation and structure of various entities.
