Drake Brinkley practices in the area of corporate law. Mr. Brinkley has been involved in the formation and dissolution of corporations and limited liability companies, mergers, acquisitions, transactional due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of various vendor and customer agreements.
In addition to his corporate law practice, Mr. Brinkley also practices in the area of commercial real estate assisting companies with property sales and acquisitions, and various leasing matters. Mr. Brinkley has also earned the credential of being a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). As a LEED AP, Mr. Brinkley understands the LEED Green Building Rating System and has extensive knowledge about green building practices and principles.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brinkley was a civil engineer employed by an international engineering design firm.
