Drake Brinkley has experience in a wide array of transactional matters. Mr. Brinkley has been involved in the formation and dissolution of corporations and limited liability companies, mergers, acquisitions, transactional due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of various vendor and customer agreements. Mr. Brinkley also practices in the area of commercial real estate, assisting companies with development, property sales and acquisitions, and various leasing matters.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brinkley was a civil engineer employed by an international engineering design firm. Mr. Brinkley assisted in the design of highways, parking facilities and bridges.

- Represented a large, private corporation in connection with a multi-million dollar divestiture of its stock
- Developed loan documents and related protocol for the student aid division of a large, private university
- Represented a private company in connection with various environmental issues associated with the sale of commercial property
