Arris N. King
Arris King is a part of the litigation team focusing on eDiscovery. Ms. King’s clients benefit from her varied background of criminal, juvenile, and judiciary work. Her position currently brings to bear her knowledge of the burgeoning field of e-Discovery. Ms. King is involved in the creation of defensible search term lists to cull discovery, search term validation procedures, and the creation and implementation of quality control procedures. She trains attorneys to provide quality and cost-effective analysis during large scale document reviews. Her work continues through production of detailed and defensible privilege logs, trial preparation, and assistance during trial proceedings.
