Robert (Robb) C. Jenkins
Robb Jenkins practices in the area of litigation, and focuses his practice primarily on general litigation and employment law.
Mr. Jenkins has worked on matters involving commercial contract disputes, products liability, internal investigations, and ERISA. His employment experience includes Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, federal and state wage and hour issues, non-compete agreements, unemployment claims, and whistleblower claims brought under Sarbanes-Oxley. Before law school, Mr. Jenkins worked for three years in the human resources department of a bank in Massachusetts.
